Welcome to our ride-hailing app ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our App and the services provided therein, including but not limited to taxi services, multiple location delivery services, delivery genie, ride-sharing, medical services, on-demand services, and rent, buy, and sell of properties, vehicles, and general items. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
User Eligibility:- 1.1. To use our App, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- 1.2. By using our App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
App Usage:
- 2.1. Our App facilitates the connection between users who require services and service providers who offer those services.
- 2.2. You understand and agree that any arrangement or contract for services is solely between you and the service provider. We are not a party to any such arrangement or contract.
- 2.3. While we strive to provide reliable and efficient services, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the services provided by the service providers.
- 2.4. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Payment:
- 3.1. Payment for services provided through our App shall be made according to the terms agreed upon between you and the service provider.
- 3.2. We may collect payment on behalf of the service provider, and you authorize us to process such payments using the payment method provided by you.
- 3.3. We reserve the right to charge fees for the use of certain features or services within our App. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before you use those features or services.
Content:
- 4.1. You are solely responsible for the content you submit or post through our App.
- 4.2. You represent and warrant that any content you submit or post does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
- 4.3. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.
Intellectual Property:
- 5.1. All intellectual property rights in our App, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to us.
- 5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our App and its content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App or its content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
- 6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our App or the services provided therein.
- 6.2. We do not assume any responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of service providers or users of our App.
- 6.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through our App.
Termination:
- 7.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to our App at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
- 7.2. You may stop using our App at any time by deleting your account.
- 7.3. Termination of your access to our App shall not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to such termination.
