Our comprehensive app seamlessly integrates various services, including taxi services, multiple location delivery services, Delivery Genie, ride-sharing, medical services, on-demand services, and rent, buy, and sell of properties, vehicles, and general items. In this "How It Works" guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to get started and make the most of Quickii.
Download and Installation:
- Head over to your device's app store and search for Quickii.
- Tap on the download button and wait for the installation to complete.
- Once installed, launch the Quickii app on your device.
- If you're a new user, sign up for a Quickii account using your email address or social media credentials.
- If you're an existing user, simply log in with your registered email and password.
- Upon logging in, you'll be presented with a home screen displaying various service options.
- Select the desired service category from the available options, such as Taxi, Delivery, Medical, On-Demand, or Buy/Sell.
- Depending on the chosen service category, you'll be prompted to select a subcategory.
- For example, under the Taxi category, you can choose between regular taxis, luxury cars, or even ridesharing options.
- After selecting the desired service subcategory, you'll need to enter the pickup and drop-off locations.
- For taxi services, enter the address or use the map feature to set the locations.
- For delivery services, provide the necessary details such as pickup items, destination, and any specific instructions.
- Based on the selected service, you may have additional options to customize your experience.
- For example, if you're using the Delivery service, you can specify delivery time, package size, or even opt for express delivery.
- Review the provided details, including pickup/delivery locations, service options, and pricing.
- Once you're satisfied, tap on the "Confirm" or "Book" button to proceed.
- Once your service request is confirmed, you can track the progress of your taxi, delivery, or any other service in real-time.
- Communicate with your assigned driver or service provider through our in-app messaging feature if needed.
- After the service is completed, Quickii will securely process the payment using your preferred payment method.
- You can rate and provide feedback on the service received, helping us maintain high-quality standards.
- Quickii offers a range of additional features to enhance your experience.
- You can discover and book medical services, rent or buy properties/vehicles/items, or even avail on-demand services such as home cleaning or pet grooming.
